How it works

From candidate to client review in four steps.

  1. Step 1

    Add a hiring client

One row per engagement. Contact, status, and all their open roles in one place.

  2. Step 2

    Open a role

Define the scorecard and pipeline stages once. Every submission gets graded.

  3. Step 3

    Submit candidates

LinkedIn URL, why-great-fit, scorecard. Drop a resume or a 30-second clip.

  4. Step 4

    Share with the hiring manager

Send the public review link. They react, ask questions, email candidates direct.

Public review pages

One link. No login required.

Hiring managers click your share link and land on a focused review page — candidate, scorecard, your why-great-fit, optional video clips. They react, move stages, ask questions, or email the candidate directly from their own inbox — with you auto-CC'd.

  • No accounts, no passwords, no friction
  • Recruiter is CC'd on every HM-to-candidate email
  • Share link expires when you say it does

Scorecards built in

Grade every candidate against the same rubric.

Define a role's requirements once. Every submission for that role gets evaluated against the same scorecard — pass / fail / unsure per requirement, plus an overall rating. Recruiters and HMs see the same evidence.

  • Set requirements once per role
  • Pass / fail / unsure per requirement
  • Overall rating: poor / ok / good / excellent

Activity timeline

See what your hiring manager actually did.

Every reaction, stage move, question, and email is logged on the submission. You always know whether the HM looked, when, and what they thought — no more chasing for feedback.

  • Sentiment per candidate (very excited → not interested)
  • Stage moves and passes timestamped
  • Question threads and comments inline

How we compare

Built for the recruiter who doesn't have an ATS — or the budget for one.

Candidately needs Bullhorn. Honeit is for call intelligence, not client review. A full ATS is overkill (and overpriced) for a solo desk. Submio is the standalone client portal recruiters can actually afford.

Both sides of the workflow

Faster on both ends. Recruiter and HM.

Recruiter side

A submission used to be a workflow — resume in Drive, scorecard in a Doc, link in an email thread. Submio collapses it into one page with one URL. What changes most: hiring managers actually open it. That's the gap between deals that close and deals that stall.

Hiring manager side

One link in the inbox. Open it on phone, scan the candidate, drop a sentiment, ask a question, or email the candidate directly from your own mail client. No account, no new tab. The whole interaction fits in under a minute.

Pricing

Start free. Pay when it pays you.

Two tiers. Team for agencies coming soon. No per-submission fees on any plan. Free tier ships unlimited submissions on your first active role.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do hiring managers need an account?
No. They click your share link and review the candidate immediately. No sign-up, no password, nothing to install.
How does the candidate email feature work?
Clicking 'Email candidate' on the review page opens the hiring manager's default mail client with a prefilled draft — addressed to the candidate, you on CC. The email sends from the HM's own inbox, so future replies stay there naturally. You stay in the loop on every conversation without us proxying anything.
Can I customize the pipeline stages per role?
Yes. Every role has its own pipeline — three stages or twelve, your call. Each role also has its own scorecard.
What happens to candidate data when I pass on someone?
The submission moves to a Passed column. Nothing is deleted — you can revisit any time, and the share link still works if the HM wants to re-review.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Free covers unlimited submissions on a single active role — no credit card, no countdown. Pro unlocks unlimited roles for $39/mo. Team (agencies, multi-seat) is on waitlist for Q3 2026 with founding-agency pricing.
