- What's the difference between Free, Pro, and Team?
- Scale only. Every plan ships every feature — review pages, scorecards, activity timeline, HM email, all of it. Free caps you at 1 active role for trying it out. Pro removes the cap. Team adds shared workspace and multi-seat for agencies — Team is in build and launching Q3 2026; join the waitlist to be first in line and get 20% off for life.
- Is the Free plan really free forever?
- Yes. No credit card. Limited to 1 active role with unlimited submissions on it — designed for solo recruiters trying the product before committing. Upgrade to Pro the moment you need a second role.
- What counts as an "active role"?
- A role that isn't archived. Hiring a candidate or closing a role drops it from the active count, freeing up a slot.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Do hiring managers count toward any limit?
- No. Hiring managers review candidates via public share links — they never sign up, never see a paywall, never count toward your plan.
- What about agencies bigger than 10 recruiters?
- Email us. We'll figure something out — there's no enterprise pricing page yet because we'd rather scope the conversation around what you actually need.
