Sharing the review link
How review URLs work, how to copy them, and what happens when an HM forwards one.
Every submission has its own public URL at /r/[token]. The token is a long random string — anyone with the link can view the submission, no authentication required. Anyone without the link cannot.
Copying the link
From the submission detail panel inside a role, click the "Copy review link" button at the top of the candidate card. The full URL is copied to your clipboard.
Forwarding behaviour
If your HM forwards the link to a colleague, that colleague can also review the submission and their actions will also appear on the timeline (tagged as performed by "hiring manager"). For V1 we do not distinguish between individuals on the HM side — every action attributes to the HM role.
Heads up
Treat review links like private documents. Anyone who has the link can view candidate details, resume, and clips. If you need to revoke access, archive the submission — the URL stops working immediately.
