Pricing and upgrading

Submio has three tiers. Every tier ships every feature — review pages, scorecards, activity timeline, HM email handoff, all of it. Tiers scale how many roles you can run and how many recruiters share the workspace.

Free — $0

• 1 active role at a time.
• Unlimited submissions on that role.
• Single recruiter.

Pro — $39 / month

• Unlimited active roles.
• Unlimited submissions.
• Priority support.

Team — $59 per recruiter / month

• Up to 10 recruiter seats.
• Shared clients across the team.
• Role-based permissions.

Upgrading

From Settings → Billing, click Upgrade and select Pro or Team. The upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated against your current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep paid features until then.
